This amazing glam look, if I do say so myself, is a combination of some of my absolute FAVORITE pieces of makeup. Let me start by saying I could spend hours, literally hours at Sephora and I do but I must tell you that I am a recent college graduate and I can’t afford that shit (if you don’t like cussing this isn’t the blog for you). Don’t get me wrong, yes, I will buy designer makeup but for the most part I stick to what I can afford and honestly, it isn’t any different than the designer products. Can I get an AMEN for Target? Target is my Mecca – I can’t go in that place without spending AT LEAST $50.00, oy. Anyways, Target is where I get most of my makeup and in brands that are affordable like Maybelline, Elf, Cover Girl, Revlon, etc.
When it comes to my glam looks, I like to keep it more tamed and natural on a regular day. I know most of you look at my photo and say “that betch is wearing makeup, ain’t nothing natural about that, ” which is true but it makes me feel good and that’s what is important. When I say “natural” I mean full freckle face, subtle contouring (aka you won’t see me with 8 layers of foundation and concealer to contour my face), and a more neutral palette.
